AWS allows up to 25% of your annual EDP or PPA commitment to be drawn down through Marketplace purchases. If you've committed to $1 million annually, up to $250,000 in Marketplace SaaS purchases can count toward that floor. Purchases above the cap still go through your AWS account but don't count toward the commitment.

For most QuotaGuard customers, monthly spend is well inside that cap. The cap is relevant for larger organizations with significant EDP commitments looking to maximize Marketplace drawdown.
