Secure, Load-Balanced Static IP Addresses for Your AWS Enterprise Apps and AI Workflows, the platform's preferred AWS Static IP provider since 2013

All AWS QuotaGuard solutions are built on a decade of experience and a high-availability architecture designed to scale with your business.
Each subscription has a load balanced pair of static IP addresses. If one IP fails, traffic automatically routes through your second IP with health checks and automated failover, guaranteeing zero downtime and zero manual intervention.
For the highest level of isolation and control, activate a dedicated IP/Proxy provisioned in your specific AWS Region (included with Enterprise plans or higher) or select the premium US/EU Data Residency option.
QuotaGuard has maintained 99.98% uptime since 2013. With over 52,397 customers served since 2013, we provide a solution that is trusted and proven to scale.
Our proxies run across 10 global AWS regions. You can choose the regional proxy that perfectly matches your EC2, VPC, or Lambda deployment region to ensure ultra-low latency for your outbound traffic.
This alignment is critical for performance and maintaining data flow within your preferred AWS infrastructure zone.

Common questions about AWS Static IPs and QuotaGuard.
While AWS's EIPs provide a static IP for a single EC2 instance, QuotaGuard provides a load-balanced pair of inbound or outbound static IP addresses that can be used by any service across your VPC, Lambda, or other AWS resources.
QuotaGuard handles the health monitoring, load-balancing, and automated failover across a proxy cluster, ensuring higher availability and ease of use for integrating with third parties.
Our proxies run across ten AWS regions.
You can choose the regional proxy that matches your application's deployment location to ensure ultra-low latency for your traffic.
Both QuotaGuard Static and QuotaGuard Shield are at this AWS Marketplace links below.

QuotaGuard Shield on AWS Marketplace
Billing goes through your existing AWS account.
Both listings carry the Deployed on AWS badge.
As of May 2025, AWS only counts Marketplace SaaS purchases toward committed spend (EDP or PPA) if the product is fully deployed on AWS. QuotaGuard is.
Purchases count toward your commitment up to the standard 25% Marketplace cap.
The Deployed on AWS badge means the product runs entirely on AWS infrastructure. Starting May 1, 2025, AWS updated its policy so that only SaaS products with this badge count toward AWS committed spend agreements (EDP or PPA).
Both QuotaGuard Static and Shield carry this badge. If your organization has an active AWS commitment, QuotaGuard purchases through the Marketplace count toward your committed spend floor. Many static IP proxy services are not fully deployed on AWS and do not qualify.
Yes. The process is the same as migrating to a direct QuotaGuard subscription.
Email support@quotaguard.com, let us know you're moving from Heroku to AWS Marketplace, and we'll swap the subscriptions on our side.
You keep the same static IPs, the same credentials, and the same proxy URL. Nothing in your code or your firewall rules needs to change.
Here is more information about the process: Migrate from Heroku
AWS allows up to 25% of your annual EDP or PPA commitment to be drawn down through Marketplace purchases. If you've committed to $1 million annually, up to $250,000 in Marketplace SaaS purchases can count toward that floor. Purchases above the cap still go through your AWS account but don't count toward the commitment.
For most QuotaGuard customers, monthly spend is well inside that cap. The cap is relevant for larger organizations with significant EDP commitments looking to maximize Marketplace drawdown.
QuotaGuard Static is the Builder's Choice, focused on flexibility, speed, and securing standard API connections.
QuotaGuard Shield is the Security Choice, offering end-to-end security with SSL Passthrough and an architecture designed specifically to meet strict HIPAA and PCI compliance requirements.
We go into greater detail at "Why is QuotaGuard Shield More Secure Than QuotaGuard Static?"
QuotaGuard Shield is a HIPAA/PCI compliant solution built for traffic requiring full end-to-end protection of Financial, Health, and PII information.
It routes HTTPS and Secure SOCKS traffic through static IPs, offering advanced security layers to protect against common attack vectors.
No.
Your Static IP Addresses will not change when you upgrade or downgrade your usage plan.
This is critical because we know you have already whitelisted them everywhere.
We operate with a "No Hard Stops" policy.
If your app exceeds your current usage limit, we will keep processing your requests and will reach out to you to discuss an upgrade.
Please read more about this policy at our Soft Policy documentation.
No. There is no minimum commitment.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time with zero hassle, no long-term contracts, and no cancellation fees.
You can expect Professional and Responsive Support from full-time QuotaGuard engineers, not AI bots, "side project" engineers, or outsourced support staff.
We pride ourselves on having real engineers debug connectivity issues with you, not chatbots reading scripts.
We offer one-on-one setup assistance, and our average response time is under 2 hours.
Your Static IP Addresses will not change unless you specifically ask us to make a change. We use Amazon Elastic IPs, which are permanently reserved.
If our underlying service fails, we can start a new service instantly with the same IP, which is transparent to you since your requests go via our load balancer.
We offer instant provisioning with both HTTP and SOCKS5 proxies.
This flexibility means you can route standard web traffic, as well as secure database traffic (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) using SOCKS5 tunnels.
We provide sample code for all major languages, including Python, Ruby, Node, and Java.
Yes, if you decide to change your proxy to a different region (e.g., from US-East to EU-West), your IP addresses will change, as they are on a different regional proxy.
However, your IP addresses will not change if you simply upgrade or downgrade your QuotaGuard usage plan.
